Sesame Street Cake Pops

Hello All!

Last week I hunted down someone else with a birthday! Lately, I feel like that has been all I have been doing! I have been looking for birthdays so I can bake more and increase the pictures of my baked goods to display for my portfolio (sounds fancier than it is). This time it was an Elmo birthday! So of course I am featuring Elmo and his little buddy Cookie Monster.

White Chocolate Coeur A La Creame

So the other night I had some friends for dinner and really wanted to impress them. I made a few awesome recipes from school including braised lamb shanks and garlic mashed potatoes, but I knew I wanted to end dinner with a bang. After going over a few recipes this one hit me! It's one of those recipes that are great for formal dinners (or any dinner really...or even breakfast! Though probably not the healthiest choice, lol).

The Famous Baked Brownie

Once I heard that America's Test Kitchen declared a "best brownie", I just had to try it. If you like a brownie with a top that is crisp to bite into, with a fudgy, gooey, rich, chocolaty inside...then this is the brownie for you. It is not for the weak of heart. Be sure to have a glass of milk in hand and your chocolate fever high, because this brownie is a dream.
