Hello All!

Last week I hunted down someone else with a birthday! Lately, I feel like that has been all I have been doing! I have been looking for birthdays so I can bake more and increase the pictures of my baked goods to display for my portfolio (sounds fancier than it is). This time it was an Elmo birthday! So of course I am featuring Elmo and his little buddy Cookie Monster.

It's Valentine's Day and you know what that means. Dessert!! Red velvet cake pops to be exact. I was making bouquets for the season and received a special order for 2 1/2 dozen cake pops that could travel and here they are.

Bars For Days

Hello All!

Lately, I've been using my free time to edit my pictures for scrapbooking. As that was taking place, I found these pictures that caused me reminisce about the good ol' days. A while ago I used to work at a café/bakery called Espresso Café. They eventually went out of business, but while I worked there, I really enjoyed making sweets and breads.
