Hello everyone! My name is Chantel and I am currently living in Portland, OR. Married to a hottie and mom to a gorgeous little human, I couldn't ask for more (unless my husband asks: in that case, it's Disney and dessert)!
I have many interests, but I'd have to say that one of my favorites is baking! I received a culinary degree, but sadly it didn't have a baking program, so most of my baking experience is through research and experimentation. A little of it is from a café/bakery I used to work at that closed down (which is where I learned to knead bread)!
