Today's post is brought to you by a birthday cake order! Cherry chip cake with vanilla frosting. Can you believe that I had never heard of cherry chip cake until I received this order?! A lot of research and recipe hunting went into this cake and it didn't disappoint!
Deeeeelicious. Fluffy and moist. My favorite two things. Also, here is a tip: be sure to chop the cherries very finely and dry them with a paper towel or they will sink to the bottom of the cake.
